My Journey Becoming an EFT Coach (and Why It Matters for You)

For years, I struggled in ways that no one around me truly understood. I had extremely bad brain fog—so bad that I would read a sentence on a page and forget it by the time I moved to the next one.

Imagine being someone who grew up as a very smart child, full of curiosity and ideas, only to suddenly feel disconnected, groggy, and unable to comprehend simple things.

It was terrifying, and honestly, it made the world feel unsafe.

But the brain fog wasn’t my only challenge. I also dealt with skin issues, irregular periods, and a whole list of symptoms that never went away with medication, the symptoms just reduced but the illnesses still haunted me.

I tried medication after medication, but none of them gave me lasting relief. The fog in my head remained, and it felt like a wall I could never break through.

Turning Toward Holistic Healing

When modern medicine failed me, I decided to explore holistic healing. That’s when I discovered Reiki.

At first, Reiki gave me a lot of relief, it soothed my symptoms and made me feel lighter for the first time in years. For a while, it felt like I had found the answer.

But after some time, I realized something important, Reiki wasn’t really addressing the root causes of what I was experiencing.

It was beautiful, calming, and supportive, but it wasn’t shifting the deep patterns that were keeping me stuck. And I knew I needed something more something that could get to the core of my brain fog and help me truly heal.

The Turning Point: EFT

The real shift happened when my college professor introduced me to EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques). He had seen incredible results helping others with it, and he told me something that stuck with me:
“If you want to see true results, follow Gary Craig’s teachings directly.”

That advice changed everything. I decided to give EFT an honest try. I followed Gary Craig’s videos, step by step, and began working on my issues with tapping. At first, it felt unusual, but as I kept at it, I started noticing subtle changes.

And then, over time, the miracles began to unfold.

Breaking Free from Brain Fog

After years of walking around in a mental haze, something lifted. My brain fog began to clear. I worked on one event at a time and clearing them up helped me feel better and positive.

Slowly, I became more aware of everything around me. I could finally focus again. The world no longer felt like a scary place I had to disconnect from.

It wasn’t overnight, it took time, patience, and persistence, but EFT gave me something no other therapy ever had: a way to target the very issues that were keeping me trapped.

Why My Experience Matters for You

My journey with EFT wasn’t just about healing symptoms. It was about reclaiming my life. Along the way, I faced countless challenges, physical, emotional, and mental.

I leaned heavily on self-healing, while also receiving guidance from a few truly supportive practitioners.

These experiences taught me two things:

  1. Healing is possible, even when it feels hopeless.
  2. The best guides are the ones who’ve walked the path themselves.

That’s why becoming an EFT coach means so much to me. I’ve lived through the confusion, frustration, and despair of not knowing what’s wrong with you, or why nothing seems to work. And I’ve also experienced the incredible relief of finally finding something that does.

A Message from My Heart to Yours

I don’t see EFT as just a tool, it’s a process, a journey. It doesn’t always give results in a single session, but if you stick with it, it can completely transform your relationship with yourself and your life.

Today, I no longer live in fear of my brain fog, or my health issues, or the feeling of being “broken.” Instead, I feel grounded, aware, and capable of moving through challenges with grace. And my mission is to help others experience the same.

So if you’re struggling, know this: you’re not alone, and healing is possible. If you are seeking help and want a one-on-one session EFT Tapping session where I help you come out of your own dark place then do reach out.
