Discover EFT Tapping in London to Release Emotional Blocks

EFT Tapping has become incredibly popular worldwide, and for good reason – it works. As a practicing EFT facilitator, I’ve worked with people from all over the globe, and I can confidently say that some of my most consistent, kind, and open clients come from London and across the UK.

One of the reasons I love working with clients from London is that the time difference with India (where I live) aligns so well.

It allows me to offer flexible session times, and it’s been such a joy connecting with people who are not only willing to try alternative healing but also deeply committed to their own growth.

London, in particular, has become a hub for alternative therapies in recent years. From what I’ve observed, many people there are under constant stress, juggling demanding jobs, busy lives, and old emotional wounds – and they’re seeking better ways to manage pain and trauma. EFT fits in beautifully here.

My Training and Experience With EFT

I’ve been practicing EFT for over six years now. In that time, I’ve healed my own depression and anxiety, built unshakable confidence, and transformed my life in ways I could never have imagined.

A few years ago, if you had told me I’d be confidently talking to people from London (or anywhere outside India), I would have frozen. Back then, forming sentences in conversations with strangers was terrifying.

Today, I not only talk to clients from all over the world but also help them shift deeply rooted emotional and physical struggles. EFT made that transformation possible for me.

I’ve learned directly from the teachings of Gary Craig, the founder of EFT. His courses, practice groups, and especially his evolution into Optimal EFT have been game-changing.

Optimal EFT is faster and more refined – what might take two hours with traditional tapping can sometimes take just 15–30 minutes with Optimal EFT, especially when guided by an experienced practitioner.

That’s the power of practicing EFT consistently, which I’ve done every single day for years.

Reiki vs EFT – My Perspective

Before fully diving into EFT, I practiced Reiki for 5–6 years. Reiki is beautiful, but in my experience, it works more as a general, overall healing method. It relaxes the body and balances energy but doesn’t always target specific emotional triggers behind physical symptoms.

EFT, on the other hand, is laser-focused. You’re not just “healing energy” in a broad sense – you’re addressing specific emotions linked to specific events.

That’s why EFT feels so much more effective and quicker for me. Reiki laid a wonderful foundation for my healing journey, but EFT gave me the exact tools I needed to release old traumas and help others do the same.

Why Londoners Are Choosing EFT

From my experience, people in London are becoming increasingly drawn to EFT because:

  • They live high-stress lives and need tools beyond painkillers or traditional therapy.
  • Alternative healing has gained huge recognition there.
  • They are open, curious, and willing to explore methods that address both mind and body.
  • EFT sessions are easy to access online through Zoom or Google Meet, making distance irrelevant.

And honestly? My clients from London and the UK have some of the best energy to work with. They’re kind, receptive, and truly invested in their healing journey. It’s no surprise that so many of them see noticeable shifts within the first few sessions.

Why Online Sessions Work So Well

You can absolutely learn EFT through free resources – I even recommend watching Gary Craig’s videos to understand it directly from the founder. However, I personally experienced how powerful EFT becomes when done with a skilled practitioner.

When I first started, I worked with an EFT practitioner myself. She was so good that I still feel like part of her knowledge and energy lives on in me today. That’s the beauty of guided EFT: you not only get quick results, but you also learn how to use the tool effectively on your own.

So yes – if you have the resources, I highly recommend booking sessions with an experienced practitioner (whether me or someone else you resonate with). If not, there’s still plenty you can learn from free resources. Either way, consistency is key.

My Global EFT Practice

While I adore my clients from all over the world, my EFT practice isn’t limited to the UK. Over the years, I’ve worked with people from more than 10 countries worldwide.

Many of them return for repeat sessions, which is why the number of countries may seem “limited”, lol but my work is built on long-term relationships, not just one-off sessions.

EFT works universally. No matter where you live, emotions and trauma are human experiences, and tapping offers the same relief to all.

I have so much confidence in this practice and my skills that I know anyone who works with me will see results. You’ll never regret investing in yourself through EFT – because the shifts you’ll experience will ripple through every part of your life.

Final Thoughts

EFT tapping completely changed my life – from curing my depression and anxiety to building the confidence to work with people across the world. Now, I get to help others do the same.

If you’re in London (or anywhere else) and looking for someone skilled, experienced, and deeply committed to helping you heal at the root level, I’d love to work with you.
