Code of Conduct

By completing payment and confirming a session, you agree to adhere to the following non-negotiable professional standards.

1. Session Booking and Commitment

  • Payment Secures Slot: All sessions must be pre-paid in full at the time of booking. No time slot is reserved or confirmed until full payment is successfully processed. Your payment secures your commitment and confirms the booking.
  • Invoicing: A formal invoice will be provided immediately upon payment.

2. Session Punctuality and Lateness

  • Session Ends on Time: All EFT sessions will end at the scheduled time, regardless of when the client arrives. Time will not be extended for late arrivals.
  • No-Show Policy: If a client arrives 15 minutes late or more without any update, the session will automatically be considered a “No-Show.” At the 20-minute mark, the session will be closed. The client will forfeit the entire session fee with no refund provided.

3. Physical Boundaries and Privacy

  • Non-Physical Format: All EFT sessions are conducted non-physically and remotely via video conference. There will never be any physical contact, in-person meetings, or sessions requiring a physical presence.
  • Private Residence: The practitioner’s home is not a place of business. Clients are strictly prohibited from visiting, appearing, or dropping by the practitioner’s personal residence. Any violation of this rule directed at the practitioner’s private life or space will result in the immediate termination of the client relationship and forfeiture of all fees.

4. Zero Tolerance: Safety, Harassment, and Discrimination Directed at the Practitioner

The practitioner maintains a zero-tolerance policy for all forms of abuse, harassment, and discrimination directed at them.

  • Discrimination and Prejudice: Any client engaging in behavior, language, or comments that are racist, discriminatory, religiously intolerant, or prejudiced against the practitioner will result in the immediate and permanent termination of the client relationship.
  • Sexual Harassment and Inappropriate Conduct: Any unwelcome verbal, written, or implied conduct of a sexual nature including explicit sexual demands or requests directed toward the practitioner will result in the immediate and permanent termination of the session.
  • Legal Action Clause: Any such sexually harassing behaviour constitutes a criminal offence under the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and IT Act. The practitioner reserves the right to file a formal Police Complaint (FIR) and pursue all available legal remedies without further warning.

Consequence for Code of Conduct Violation (Sections 3 & 4): Should a session or client relationship be terminated due to a violation of this Code of Conduct, the client will forfeit the entire session fee, and no refund will be provided. The practitioner also reserves the right to refuse any future sessions with the client.
