Cancellation Policy

1. Early Rescheduling (The Encouraged Option) ✅

This option provides you the most flexibility and is always appreciated.

  • Notice: If you reschedule your session with more than 48 hours (2 days) notice before the scheduled time.
  • Outcome: The rescheduling is always welcome and incurs no charge or penalty. You may reschedule to any available time slot.

2. Timely Cancellation (Full Refund) 💵

  • Notice: If you cancel your session with more than 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled time.
  • Outcome: You receive a full refund.

3. Late Cancellation (Penalty & Emergency Reschedule) 🚨

This policy applies when you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice.

  • Initial Penalty: A 50% booking charge is incurred (the other 50% is refunded).
  • The Emergency Reschedule Option: You may waive the 50% charge by rescheduling the session once for a new time within the same calendar week.
    • If you successfully attend this single rescheduled session, the 50% charge is completely waived.

4. Final Cancellation Rule (Commitment Policy) 🚫

This rule is applied when the flexibility option (Section 3) has already been used.

  • Rule: If you cancel the rescheduled session (even the emergency one from Section 3), or if the rescheduled session cannot be completed within the same calendar week, no refund will be issued. The entire session fee will be forfeited.

5. 🗓️ Policy on Scheduling and Availability

To ensure the highest quality of service and prevent practitioner burnout, sessions are generally not conducted on Saturdays or Sundays.

Weekend Availability: Any session scheduled on a Saturday or Sunday is extremely rare and at the sole, discretionary accommodation of the practitioner. Clients should expect weekday-only availability and cannot demand or assume weekend slots will be available.
