Step One

Pick a package that you think best suits your needs. Once you have decided on the package, please reach out to book a session. If you are looking to heal an issue, this is the time to ask me and set realistic expectations of how long it can take you to get relief from it.

Step Two

If you are unsure about how many sessions it requires then a traumatic event takes about 3-4 sessions, while a deep core issue like childhood abuse, depression, anxiety takes anywhere between 6-12 months to heal (considering you take one session a week).

Problem Three

Meeting for the session and working on your traumas or limiting beliefs. After every session I will give you notes on what we worked on so you can keep a record for yourself. I usually also suggest if any new events come up to note them down so we can work on them in the next session.
