What is EFT?

EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques, often simply called “tapping.” It’s a gentle process where you use your fingertips to tap on specific points on your body while focusing on thoughts, feelings, or memories. This helps calm your nervous system, ease emotional stress, and release the stuck patterns that keep you anxious or overwhelmed.
It’s simple, safe, and surprisingly powerful — many people feel lighter and more peaceful after just one session.

Optimal EFT (OEFT) is a newer, even more gentle approach that doesn’t involve tapping at all. It works more like a guided meditation, using focused intention to clear emotional blocks. It’s often faster and deeply soothing — and I love using it alongside traditional EFT to give you the best of both worlds.

Optimal EFT (OEFT) is like the next evolution — it doesn’t involve tapping at all. Instead, it’s more of a guided meditation or intention-based process where we connect to a deeper source ( The Unseen Therapist) to clear emotional blocks.
OEFT is often much faster and works like a charm. But if I notice you have resistance or feel uncomfortable with it, I will switch back to traditional tapping so you still feel safe and supported.

Yes! All my sessions are online over video, so you can be comfortable in your own space. Whether you’re in New York, London , or anywhere else, we can work together.

We’ll start by talking about what’s bothering you, then we’ll tap together on specific points. I’ll guide you step by step so you always feel supported and never lost. Many people feel lighter, calmer, or even surprised at how quickly things shift just after ONE session. If you are ready, I also work with Optimal EFT which gets faster results and healing.

It depends on your goals and how deeply you want to work. Some people feel big relief in just one session, while others like ongoing support. We’ll figure out a plan that goes well with the issue you are working on.

A surrogate session is where I do EFT on behalf of someone else — like your child, partner, or even yourself if it feels too overwhelming. It’s best for people who already understand EFT or have worked with me before.
